Vancouver+ is made by main author Jon Patch. But Jon is assisted by Holger Sandmann and quite a few others. He is building the city of Vancouver, and a huge area surrounding it...... think Misty.... ;-) The 'landscaping' is done by Holger... and it merits its separate set of screenshots.
